When did you last say no?

  Have you read the story told by Kevin Murphy in the book? Kevin (with Ian) own and manage The Foundry, the brilliant team who put this fantastic site together for us. Kevin tells a roller-coaster of a story that made me cry at the end. There are many lessons to be learned in there but there was a huge turning point when Kevin got what seemed like the opportunity of a lifetime, with hindsight without the paperwork in place, he should have said no. Saying no is the hardest path that is for sure. We are trained to do the right thing, give it a go, have a can do attitude and all of that is of course right but every now and then the courage to say no is the biggest decision we make. When did you last say no?
