  For new Monkeys that go through their first projects with us and our clients, the project end can be an emotional process. If done correctly you start to fade into the background as the business realises it can do this and it was no big deal after all. The project ceases to be headline news and a new change takes its place – this is music to my ears, I know we have done a great job at that point. Projects have to end and transformation needs to slide effortlessly into the day to day, that is when you know it will stick. How do you know that your projects have ended and the change has taken effect?
