    The Manchester Derby is always a big day in our family, divided by the two teams we watch the game together and it’s a gut wrenching experience for all and this is good. Conflict is good. This derby changed history and the fans of MUFC had to deal with that crushing defeat, something they just aren’t used to. That is also good. Passion brings belief and a strength of feeling that will ensure all bases are covered. Some people avoid conflict as it feels uncomfortable, these people are missing so much. Do you think Alex Ferguson isn’t making his team learn from that experience? How do you encourage conflict in your world?
